Isn't it amazing the colors that nature comes up.... I mean that red on black is such a dramatic combination; if you stop and think - you realize that nature came up with it waaaay before any of humans had even thought of colours let alone combinations. Love it.
ReplyDeleteI think that everytime I see a really blue bluebird, or the sun catches a bird or beetle with irridescence—where does natue come up with this stuff?!
ReplyDeleteAwesome. I saw the world's orangest oriole on my run this morning. It's overcast, which always seems to make the birds look brighter.
ReplyDeleteRuthie—nice! We saw a couple of Baltimore orioles on that hike, but no great pics, sadly. Oh and at first I read, "I saw the most outrageous oriole on my run…" Was momentatrily curious what made him so controversial.
